The silicone fiberglass fire sleeve is constructed from high bulk glass fiber knitted sleeve. It is resistant to hydraulic fluids, lubricating oils and fuels. This silicone sleeve insulates against energy loss in piping and hosing, protects employees from heat and burns. It may be applied in a variety of industries such as iron and steel industry, foundries, glass manufacturing, railways and many more. It is useful in all fields, where high temperature isolation might be required.

Silicone fiberglass fire sleeve CFVS
Silicone sleeve made of braided fiberglass yarns in a flexible substrate coated with a high grade silicone rubber. It can be used in demanding environment where working temperature reaches 500°F (260°C) and withstands exposures to heat (molten steel, molten aluminum and molten glass) up to 3000°F (1650°C). It's an excellent solution for protection or covering hydraulic hoses, cables, pneumatic lines and wiring bundles. The unique production process makes it very flexible, and easy to conform to shapes and profiles.
