Bars and tubes

Our offer includes high quality chromed bars for piston rods, skived and roller burnished tubes and welded steel tubes, which are used mainly in hydraulic or pneumatic cylinders, as well as bars for linear guides and cast iron bars. We offer proven goods from the largest European manufacturers, meeting the appropriate quality standards. Our main suppliers are reputable Italian companies with a well established position on the world market, such as:

ASO Group - provides chromed bars, tubes and seamless, skived and roller burnished tubes;
ALTA - provides seamless, skived and roller burnished tubes and cold drawn welded tubes ready for further processing.

Chrome plated bars with single layer and good corrosion resistance are suitable for most hydraulics/pneumatics applications. On special request, we offer bars with double chromium coat and thus with a better corrosion resistance.

Chromed bars and steel tubes are supplied on customer's request with material approval according to DIN 500493.1B; EN 10204 3.1.

To meet the requirements of our Customers, we have a wide range of piston bars and tubes, both in metric and inch dimensions, available from stock. We also offer the ability to cut to the size of ordered materials. The finished, cut to size products, shipped to customers are additionally packed in bubble foil and placed on pallets.

The tubes we offer are covered inside with oil for a corrosion protection.
